I utilize Collaboration with my clients in the Wraparound process, to facilitate collaboration amongst team members to create, implement, monitor, and evaluate a comprehensive care plan. This plan integrates diverse perspectives, mandates, and resources, guiding each team member's actions toward achieving shared goals.

Activism

As President of Rutgers Net Impact Club during my MBA journey, I collaborated with the Rutgers Institute for Corporate Social Innovation (RICSI) for alliances on workshops and events such as the Inclusive Impact Summit and the En-Roads Simulator Workshop to continue the conversations around the relationships between business practices and our communities.

Collaborating with CSR innovators inspired me to join in influencing our present and future impact through conscientious business practices.

Passion

I had the honor of representing Coordinated Family Care in an employer highlight newsletter published by the New Jersey Alliance for Children, Youth & Families. During this brief interview, I underscored the values that shine through in our daily hard work.
